Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans can change — all we ask is that you let us know as soon as possible. To respect everyone’s time (including yours!), we kindly require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations are subject to 50% cancellation fee and missed appointments, last minute cancellations and no shows will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee, as that time has been reserved especially for you.

We truly value your time and appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or need to make changes to your booking, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re always happy to help!

Health & Safety

Your safety is very important to us. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to your appointment so we can tailor your treatment accordingly and ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Venmo, Zelle and Credit Cards which include a 4% Fee. Please note that prices are subject to change, but we will always notify you in advance if there are any updates.

Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance. Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full treatment. If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your session may need to be shortened out of consideration for our next client.

Refund Policy – Holistic Haven LA

At Holistic Haven LA, we take pride in providing high-quality, personalized skincare services and wellness treatments. Due to the nature of our business and the time reserved exclusively for each client, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds on services, packages, or retail products.

Please note:

  • Services rendered are non-refundable, regardless of treatment outcomes. Skincare is a collaborative process and results may vary depending on individual skin conditions and at-home compliance.

  • Retail products are non-refundable once opened or used. If a product is sealed and returned within 7 days, a store credit may be issued at our discretion.

  • In the event of a reaction or concern, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address it professionally.
